Hold on a second - aren't the armed forces strecthed thin? Dont we NOT have the additional troops to reinforce the serving members in Iraq/Afghanistan? Why are these ladies being put on trial for attempting to ENLIST? I guess in the eyes of the Service, some patriots just dont cut it. Anyone who WANTS to serve should be allowed to in my opinion. Who says these ladies cant fulfill a needed role? I think they'd be more adept at winning the hearts and minds than a 20 something year old who has little to no life experience outside of school (and has been trained to shoot as soon as they feel the slightest bit threatened).

Yeah, let's prosecute some old grannies for doing NOTHING but protesting the war, as if their right to free speech is not allowed because of their disgust at King George and his 'long' war. This kind of nonsense is the result of America being captive under the regime of King George. This is what it has come to, putting on trial American patriots, lovers of this country who hate our current mis-administration's unlawful and reckless policies that affect Americans and not those who would do us harm. Way to go Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rove and all you other dolts. Keepin' America safe by jailing little old ladies who give a shit about the constitution and the citizens of this country that they love so much.
