Assault

Jan. 19 — Gregorio Monges, 38, unaffiliated with the University and of the 4600 block of Lancaster Avenue, was arrested at about 11:45 p.m. for allegedly assaulting a female unaffiliated with the University, 28, while in the emergency room of the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.

Jan. 19 — At about 8:30 a.m., a known offender was reported to have struck a female employee, 26, and another unknown employee while being treated at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Fraud

Jan. 21 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 19, reported at about 10:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect made unauthorized charges on her credit card at POD Restaurant, located at 3636 Sansom St.

Jan. 20 — Several cases of soda were reportedly removed from Au Bon Pain at about 12:45 p.m.

Jan. 19 — A female University employee, 62, reported to at about 2:30 p.m. that unauthorized charges were made on her credit card at 3535 Market St.

Theft

Jan. 20 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 28, reported at about 10 p.m. that someone removed her unattended purse from Mad Mex, located at 3401 Walnut St.

Jan. 20 — A female student, 23, reported at 3:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended bag left in an unsecured room in Meyerson Hall.

Jan. 19 — A female University employee, 48, reported at about 10 a.m. that her wallet was removed from an unsecured drawer in the Science Center, located at 3711 Market St.

Jan. 19 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 71, reported at about 9:45 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed property from the Newman Center, located at 3720 Chestnut St.

Jan. 18 — A female University employee, 50, reported at about 1:45 p.m. that someone removed a computer from Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Jan. 18 — A male student, 27, reported at about 12:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed a GPS device from his secured vehicle parked at Penn Lot 2, located at 32nd and Chancellor Streets.
