Theft:
March 9: In the evening, a report of theft was made at Pottruck Health & Fitness Center, with losses totaling between $50 and $200.
March 9: At 7:45 a.m., a report of theft was made at 4244 Pine St., resulting in the arrest of the 42-year-old man.
March 13: Fisher Bennett Hall reported a theft with losses totaling between $50 and $200 in the early afternoon.
March 13: A theft was reported at New Chemistry Hall at 3:30 p.m., which resulted in a loss with a worth greater than $200.
March 14: Less than 24 hours after the first theft at New Chemistry Hall, another was reported with similar losses.
March 14: A theft, worth over $200, was reported at the Facilities Department (3101 Walnut St.) at 3:30 a.m., resulting in the arrest of the 55-year-old suspect.
March 15: A bicycle was reported stolen from 4104 Spruce St. in the early morning.
Vandalism:
March 9: Around 5:00 a.m., a report was made that a car had been vandalized at 3600 Civic Center Blvd.
Disorderly conduct:
March 9: At 2:00 a.m., a 22-year-old man was issued a citation at Cavanaugh’s Restaurant and Sports Bar (119 S. 39th St.) for screaming and trying to start fights.
Other assault:
March 15: A report was made at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 2:30 p.m. of an individual receiving threats from a known sender.
Other offense:
March 10: At 2:10 p.m., a report was made at the Last Word Bookshop of three minors causing a disturbance in the store. One of the juvenile suspects punched the complainant after having been asked to leave and escorted toward the exit.
March 15: A 47-year-old man was arrested on the 3600 block of Chestnut Street at 2:00 a.m. after having been observed panhandling. It was also discovered that the man had an outstanding warrant for arrest.
