In the aftermath of the 45th presidential election, tension and anxiety are heavy in the campus atmosphere. Many students are taking to social media to voice their worries and discontent.

Although most of Penn's campus voted for Hillary Clinton, many students feel bewildered that so much of the rest of Pennsylvania and this country voted for Trump.

Some spent the early morning organizing the Solidarity Walk that planned to move through campus this morning.
The anxiety was palpable all the way in the United Kingdom.
Despite the shock of the election's outcome, it has been important to many to face up to the fact that Trump is our President-elect.
