Assault:
Oct. 7: At 6:00 p.m., an unaffiliated man reported being struck in the face by an unknown man at Fresh Grocer on 40th and Walnut streets.
Oct. 7: At 7:21 p.m., police saw an unaffiliated man who had been shot and stabbed in the vicinity of the 3900 block of Market Street and transported him to the hospital.
Oct. 9: At 1:13 p.m., an unaffiliated woman at the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center reported being assaulted by a known person prior to being transported to the hospital.
Driving under the influence:
Oct. 13: At 11:35 p.m., a 24-year-old unaffiliated man was arrested on the 3200 block of Walnut Street after being observed driving the wrong way down a one-way street and being visibly drunk.
Harassment:
Oct. 11: At 8:23 p.m., an affiliated woman at the School of Veterinary Medicine reported receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown caller.

Narcotics:
Oct. 8: At 5:44 p.m., a 29-year-old unaffiliated man was arrested on the 4000 block of Market Street after he was found in need of medical assistance and in possession of illegal narcotics.
Oct. 12: At 10:32 a.m., a 62-year-old unaffiliated man was arrested after being seen smoking an illegal drug while operating a vehicle and having illegal drugs in plain view in his car.
Other Offense:
Oct. 12: At 9:11 p.m., a 45-year-old unaffiliated man with an outstanding warrant was arrested at the CVS on 39th and Walnut streets.
Public Drunkenness:
Oct. 13: At 2:31 a.m., a 35-year-old unaffiliated man was arrested on the 3200 block of Walnut Street. The suspect refused to pay a taxi fare, was clearly under the influence and was disturbing traffic.
Sex Offense:
Two confidential reports.
Vandalism:
Oct. 13: At 3:30 a.m., an unaffiliated woman reported deep scratches on the side of her vehicle on the 200 block of S. 38th Street.
