Penn ranked number one by College Factual, USA Today reports

USA Today reports that Penn has been ranked number one by College Factual. 

The top ten are as follows:

1) University of Pennsylvania

2) Yale University

3) Duke University

4) Harvard University

5) Massachusetts Institute of Technology

6) Brown University

7) Stanford University

8) Princeton University

9) Dartmouth College

10) University of Notre Dame
