The Wawa at the corner of 38th and Spruce streets will reopen next Thursday, after its summer renovations have been fully completed.
The newly renovated store — which will open before the start of the new school year — will include an expanded coffee area and new shelving, as well as Penn-themed graphics and montages.
A reopening ceremony will be hosted at the store on Aug. 15 at 10:00 a.m., which will be attended by Penn Executive Director of Real Estate Ed Datz, as well as other University officials.
The reopening follows an over two month renovation to the store, which began on May 29.
